Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Products with a purchase value of $500 (AUD) or below can be exchanged or refunded within 5 days of purchase with a valid receipt on the condition that the products have not been used or damaged and are in original packaging.

We do not offer refunds on electric / power mobility scooters and wheelchairs if purchase value is above $500 (AUD) or have been used or damaged. See section below on manufacturer or warranty claims.

 

We do offer sales on consignment for electric / power scooters and wheelchair products for customers.

The item must not be damaged in any way or have been used (e.g. toilet / bathroom aids).

 

If a credit card or merchant was used in payment, then a merchant charge for refund may apply.

If the Product has a Major fault or problem, then this will need to be assessed by our team and may be covered by manufacturer Warranty.

For Minor faults or problems with a Product, we can offer a repair of the product.

No refund or exchange is provided for any other reason or where the product is found to be not faulty.

If the Product is found not to have any problems, then the Customer will be liable for any transport / return and other associated costs.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We give up to 5 days.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to the Kingsgrove store (extra fees apply if products need to be picked up).

 

HOW do customers return or exchange items?
Proof of purchase eg. Invoice and Items to be in original condition and must not have any damage or have been used.
