Delivery Policy

Dispatching Orders

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

Dispatch of orders are completed Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times will depend on the type of goods, size and weight of the order, and location for delivery of the goods.

Metro delivery in Sydney will usually take between 2-3 business days.

Delivery to regional areas and other cities can take from 3-7 business days after dispatch.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for larger items where the subtotal of the order is over $1,000.

Where Free Shipping does not apply, shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of the product and delivery location. You can calculate estimated shipping cost in the shopping cart page and this is then confirmed at checkout.

 

Carriers

Shipping carriers will depend on the location, availability and size of the goods, and we also offer Local Delivery via our own courier service.

 

Backorders

If an item is no longer in stock and this is ordered on backorder, then the item will be dispatched when it becomes available from the supplier. This can take between 1-2 weeks and we will keep you informed of availability of the stock once it is received.
